Job Description

QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor / Master´s degree of University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Business Administration / Law / Economics / Law & Economics

Completed university degree in Business Administration / Economics / Commercial Law, or comparable
Professional examination: Certified Public Accountant / CPA or comparable qualification (particularly preferred)

ACTIVITIES:
* Auditing annual financial statements according to Commercial Code (HGB) or IFRS for medium-sized to large companies
* Planning, implementation and final evaluation of audit projects
* Evaluation of internal control systems (ICS) and risk management processes
* Preparation of audit reports, determination of audit procedures, and definition of audit priorities
* Advising governance issues, compliance, and regulations (accounting, corporate governance)
* Collaboration with clients, auditors, tax advisors, and tax authorities
* Participation in special audits, due diligence, and M&A transactions
* Supporting the further development of audit methods and digitalization
