QUALIFICATION: 
3 years apprenticeship - in combination with an additional special module or main module = 4 years duration

Completed training as a HVAC System Mechanic, Gas & Water Installer / Installation & Building Technician or a comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES: 
* Installation, assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of gas, water, and plumbing systems in new and existing buildings
* Maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of gas and plumbing systems; conducting leak detection and leak tests
* Planning and implementation of modernization and renovation projects in the gas/plumbing sector
* Collaboration with construction managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and facility management
* Preparation of documentation, test protocols, and maintenance reports
* Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., DGUV, DGUV regulations, DIN/VDE standards)
* Support in preparing quotes and quantity take-offs
* Willingness to be on call depending on the schedule
