Job Description

QUALIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor´s and Master´s degree programs at Universities or Technical Colleges in the fields of “Controlling” / “Business Administration” / “Finance” / “Accounting” / “Management” or “Business Consulting”, but also a Doctoral Program can be completed
Bachelor´s program – Controlling - key curriculum topics: 
Corporate Planning / Cost Management / Investment Management / Financial Accounting / Business Law / Business Administration / Financial Management / Data Management
Master´s program – Controlling: 
Competences are further deepened, specialized and expanded in the respective field 

Completed degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management / Statistics, or comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Planning, controlling, and reporting HR costs and efficiency metrics (personnel costs, benefit programs, recruiting costs, training)
* Development and implementation of HR cost controlling standards, dashboards, and forecasting models
* Collaboration with Finance, HR managers, and business units on budgeting and cost optimization
* Analysis of variances, identifying cost drivers, and deriving measures
* Conducting scenario and risk analyses for HR initiatives
* Supporting annual financial statements, planning meetings, and management reports
* Participation in HR strategies, compensation & benefits with regard to cost-benefit analyses
* Ensuring data quality in HRIS, payroll systems, and BI tools
* Supporting audits and compliance matters in HR

A - Several years of professional experience in HR controlling, finance, or HR analytics B - Experience with key performance indicator setups (KPI dashboard, OKR) C - Ideally experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS D - Confident use of MS Excel (Pivot, Power Query) E - Knowledge of labour law, salary and benefits controlling desirable F - Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers G - Teamwork skills, proactive working style, good time and stakeholder management H - Very good written and spoken German & English
