Job Description

QUALIFICATION:
Educational options: 
1 - 5 years at commercial academy or a higher education institution for business professions as well as corresponding colleges
2 – Business Administration or similar degree combined with relevant work experience
3 – Training courses provided by adult education institutions (115 to 200 teaching units)

Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification (e.g., payroll, financial accounting

ACTIVITIES:
* Independent processing of the monthly payroll, including reporting to social security, tax authorities, and health insurance companies
* Supporting payroll tax and social security issues, review of employment contracts, working hours, and payroll data
* Maintenance of personnel master data, prepare analyses, reports, and key performance indicators
* Coordination with payroll and the HR team, supporting annual financial statements and SAP/HRIS-related processes
* Contact person for employees regarding payroll issues, bonuses, bonus/reward models, and leases/expenses
* Supporting audits, data protection, and compliance issues related to payroll
