QUALIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor´s and Master´s degree programs at Universities or Technical Colleges in the fields of “Human Resources Management” / “Business Administration” / “Pedagogy” / “Educational Sciences” / “Business Psychology” / “Work Psychology” / “Organizational Psychology”, but also a Doctoral Program can be completed
Degree program – Human Resources Management - key curriculum topics: 
Personnel Planning / Strategic HR Management / HR Marketing / Personnel Development / Business Administration / Labour Law / Intercultural Skills / Employer Branding / Change Management 

Completed degree in HR Development / Pedagogy / Psychology / Business Administration or comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Design, planning and implementation of needs-based HR development programs (leadership development, talent management, succession planning)
* Creation of learning and development programs, e-learning, training concepts, and learning paths
* Analysis of needs, feedback culture, and evaluation of the effectiveness of HR development programs (KPI, ROI measurement)
* Collaboration with HR, departments, and managers to identify development needs
* Support of change projects and organizational development initiatives
* Support of the development of competency matrixes, talent pools, and career paths
* Responsibility for budget and resource planning for development programs
* Ensuring the documentation, validation, and reporting of development measures
