QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor´s or Master´s programs at Universities or Universities of Applied Sciences, e. g. in the fields of “Computer Science”, “Electronics”, “Mechatronics” or “Electrical Engineering”, but also a Doctoral program can be completed 
Bachelor´s program – Computer Science – key curriculum topics:
Operating Systems / Networks / Database Systems / Programming / Hardware Technology / Software Engineering / User Experience / IT Project Management / IT Security / Web Development
Master´s program – Competences in the respective subject area are further deepened, specialized and expanded – specialization in a specific area is possible as part of a Computer Science degree

Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist Application/System Integration) or comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Providing first- and second-level support for hardware and software (Windows/macOS/Linux) on-site or remotely at the customer's location
* Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT issues (network, peripherals, workstation software)
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, servers, network devices, and cloud services
* Performing system upgrades, patch management, and backup/WDR tasks
* Support in IT security measures, inventory, and asset management
* Documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical processes in the IT service management system
* Collaboration with other departments (network, server, security, outsourcing partners) to resolve issues
* On-site and remote training for end users on standard IT processes
* Participation in continual improvement initiatives, creating technical guides and checklists
