QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor´s or Master`s degree programs at Universities or Universities of Applied Science, e. g. in the field of “Information & Communications Technology”, but also a Doctoral Program can be completed
Bachelor´s program – key curriculum topics: 
Computer Engineering / Software Development / Telecommunications / Information Management / Cryptography / Coding Systems
Master´s program: 
Competences are further deepened, specialized and expanded. Specialization in a specific area is possible as part of a Computer Science degree.

Completed training in Telecommunications / IT System Electronics / Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Installation, commissioning, and configuration of telecommunications systems (e.g., fibre optic and copper networks, routers, switching, and VoIP solutions)
* Troubleshooting, fault rectification and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructures on customer's site
* Conducting measurement and acceptance tests (line and performance tests, attenuation, latency, SNR)
* Planning network topologies, cable layout, VER/SAP planning, and documentation as part of the network documentation
* Collaboration with customers, technicians, clients, and internal teams to implement projects
* Preparation of service reports, acceptance protocols, and technical documentation
* Support in expansion and modernization projects (e.g., broadband connections, VPN solutions, cloud services)
* Adherence to safety and quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and compliance
